How does online booking work?

Choose your dates, compare the available cart classes, and enter your guest details. Review the rental price and refundable deposit before reserving. Save your confirmation reference for pickup.

Can I book more than one cart?

Yes. Book up to three carts in the same class for your group, subject to availability. Your booking summary shows the rental and deposit for every cart.

Can I request hotel delivery?

Choose hotel delivery during booking and enter your hotel or accommodation. The booking summary includes the BZ$25 delivery charge once for your group. Pickup and handoff details are coordinated with the rental team.

Do I pay when I book?

The website takes your reservation without collecting an online payment. The rental amount and separate refundable deposit are shown before you reserve and are due at pickup.

How are rental days calculated?

Pickup is scheduled for 9:00 AM and return for 5:00 PM, in Belize time. Each started 24-hour period is a rental day. You will see the number of charged days and total before reserving.

What if my plans change?

Keep your booking reference and speak with the rental team about a date change, cancellation, or pickup adjustment. Changes are subject to availability and the rental terms agreed with the team.
